Director Career
As Director Career, you take care of Capitant’s core events: the career tracks and individual workshops. Your mission is to prepare students for careers in asset management, investment banking and private equity, while leading a national team.
Responsibilities
- Career Events Management: Conceptualize all national career events (IB Track, AM Track and PE workshops), ensuring maximum value for participants.
- Candidate Selection: Oversee CV screening and interviews with the career board to select top applicants (on average 4 times more applications than spots)
- Partner Relations: Maintain and enhance partnerships, ensuring high-quality event content and collaboration
- Team Leadership: Lead and support 10-15 board members from five cities to help coordinate the career events
- Participant Guidance: Ensure city board members guide students through career tracks and connect them with relevant opportunities
- Being part of Capitant Belgium: Contribute to Capitant’s general management
Skills & experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with event planning or corporate partnerships
- Affinity with finance & student career development
- Strategic and hands-on mentality in a dynamic environment
