Jumpstart your career by joining NX Corporate Finance as an intern and learn firsthand the dynamic

entrepreneurship and use their financial knowledge to help building impactful relations. As an intern, you
will have the opportunity to gain valuable on-the-job training and will be able to develop your M&A skills
by being involved from A-Z in different M&A processes.

We’ll trust you to become an important part of the team by:

  • Conducting financial analyses
  • Carrying out company and industry sector researches
  • Analysing business plans
  • Preparing (investor) presentations
  • Supporting the team with due diligence
  • Assisting in the execution process of deals
  • Joining client meetings

Your working environment

NX Corporate Finance is your sparring partner for Growth, Value Creation and Succession, with proven
expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, Growth Capital and Corporate Finance. We provide hands-on, no
nonsense solutions for Corporate Finance / M&A challenges that entrepreneurs are confronted with in all
stages of their company’s lifecycle. These include (but are not limited to): Buy- & Sell-side Advisory
(Minority to 100% Sale, Owner Buy-Out, Management Buy-Out or Buy-In, …); Fundraising for scale-ups
and mature SMEs looking to grow; Financing Optimization and Structuring (Refinancing, Capital
Expenditures, Working Capital, …); Enabling Managerial and Financial Grip (Controlling, Reporting &
Budgeting, Treasury Management Solutions, Commercial DD, …), through our partnership with NX
Partners. You will develop an invaluable professional and financial skill-set and build an extensive
professional network, whilst enjoying our open culture and inclusive environment.

Your profile

Are you ambitious, curious and eager to learn? Are you keen on working closely together in a team setting
and a social environment where you get to meet Entrepreneurs, Private Equity investors, VC investors,
Business Angels, Institutional investors, Bankers, etc… ? Then this might be a great internship for you!

  • You have a strong academic track record with a degree in Accounting, Economics and/or Finance
    and preferably a previous internship experience in M&A/PE
  • Have an understanding of valuation theory, methodologies and applications
  • Outstanding analytical and commercial skills
  • Displaying pro-activity, self-discipline and being quality and result-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English are key
  • A demonstrated interest in M&A
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
