Heidi has been the CEO of Child Focus for 11 years, where she fights to eliminate sexual abuse, child abuse, and domestic violence. She also frequently appears on various stages both nationally and internationally, where she tries to spread her mission to fight injustice.
Jeroen Poels
CEO & Founder Deltaworx
Jeroen is the CEO of Deltaworx, a rapidly growing temp agency that he founded himself at the age of 18 in 2012. Due to the rapid success of his company, he was included in the ‘Forbes 30 under 30 Europe’ list (category: social impact) in 2021. Jeroen was also featured in the TV program ‘Jonge Wolven’ in 2020.

Veronique is President of Unilin Panels, subdivision of Unilin Group which is the leading manufacturer of wood solutions for the interior and construction industries. Under Veronique’s leadership, Unilin Panels could become the first in the world to recycle MDF panels on an industrial scale by 2021, representing an annual savings of as much as 380 000 tons of CO2.

Divisional CEO & COO Bekaert
Yves is divisional CEO (specialty business) and COO of Bekaert, which accounts for an annual consolidated turnover of no less than 5 billion euros. Prior to joining Bekaert, Yves was already active within Axalta and Bridgestone where he held various positions in the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee.
