As the President of a city, you are responsible for the direction and operations of your city and team. During your regular meetings with the board members, responsibilities are assigned through a collaborative process that respects the input and viewpoints of all participants. You oversee and provide guidance on individual projects and events within your team. Furthermore, there are monthly Executive Committee meetings with the Presidents and Vice-Presidents of every city, as well as the Directors of respective functions. This is to foresee the overall governance and the alignment of every city.
